Saurabh Sinha is founder and CEO of emids. He is responsible for setting the company’s vision and strategy followed by building a cohesive, capable and driven leadership team that can take the company towards its vision. Sinha’s dynamic leadership and expertise lend to the leadership team well to continue to build client-centric services and solutions that create value for clients’ businesses. Pioneering into the healthcare IT industry 22 years ago, Sinha has been recognized for his entrepreneurial and leadership achievements both regionally and nationally.
Michael Hollis oversees emids’ marketing and sales operations. He is responsible for overall sales effectiveness, business development and client relationships, as well as for articulating the company’s service offerings to prospective clients and industries. Michael is an active member of Nashville’s professional and nonprofit community, serving on several advisory boards and as a committee member of the Nashville Technology Council and the Nashville Health Care Council's Leadership Health Care initiative.
As Chief Financial Officer, Anisha Madan leads all finance functions at emids, in addition to M&A execution, integration and business operations such as IT, procurement and real estate. She partners with executives to build long-term and short-term strategies and drive execution, while adopting the best standards of financial and operational disciplines learned from her almost 20 years of experience. Anisha spent most of her career with GE Healthcare and GE Transportation before focusing on sales and operations finance, in addition to leading sales transformation, pricing strategy and building high performing and engaged finance teams, at Change Healthcare. Anisha graduated from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with her MBA, and has a BA in Economics and Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Balajee Sethuraman drives the firm’s go to market strategy, execution and growth initiatives, while driving multiple transformation threads to further consolidate emids’ position as a digital transformation leader in Healthcare. Balajee brings over 25 years in driving strategic growth in entrepreneurial high growth settings across the United States and Europe. Prior to emids, Balajee was SVP and head of platform and technology at Highmark. Balajee also held several executive leadership positions at Cognizant for about 20 years, across India, US and Europe. Balajee is a seasoned technology leader with strong commercial, operations and technology experience, helping scale businesses and pivot business to enable digital transformation. Balajee’s background cuts across services, products and platforms.
As Chief Technology Officer at emids, Kumar Kolin leads the overall technology excellence charter and drives the evolution of emids’ design and engineering capabilities and execution. Kolin oversees the technology office, all practices, design-led engineering and emids’ labs. With over 25 years of success managing and leading high-performance technology teams, he served as Technology Partner, Deputy CIO and Digital Innovation Leader at industry giant Deloitte. Kolin is also founder and CEO of cloudx, a company designed to create an integrated partnership of domain, design and engineering constructed to reboot how technology services are delivered.
As General Counsel for emids, Annemarie Brennan brings twenty-five years of experience as a lawyer and strategic business partner for healthcare, medical device and biotech clients. Brennan’s thought leadership and experienced, business-focused guidance has supported her clients’ growth and makes her a true asset. Prior to joining emids, Brennan spent eight years as Associate General Counsel for Sivantos, Inc.; the former global audiology division of Siemens Healthcare that was divested to a private equity sponsor in 2015. Before moving in-house, she spent 12 years in private practice in Washington D.C. She earned her law degree from Vermont Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
As Chief People Officer for emids, Pradipta Banerjee is responsible for the growth and development of emids’ culture that encourages the empowerment and engagement of all employees. With over 20 years of experience with multiple global organizations, Pradipta aims to create opportunities that holistically advance and strengthen emids’ human capital. As a strategic partner, he works closely with business leaders to align emids’ talent strategy to business outcomes. In his current work at emids, he leverages leadership and talent practices to create a human work environment in the digital age, fueling emids’ differentiation and improving client partnerships. Prior to joining emids, Pradipta led various leadership roles in CGI across APAC and Canada.
Pat Burke oversees sales for emids. He comes after having spent over 20 years in digital transformation and IT services. He enjoyed heading and driving sales for Cognizant as it grew from $150 million to $16 billion. Pat especially enjoys supporting sales teams as they drive revenue and work to support their clients success via data and digitally led initiatives. Pat holds a BA in English and a Juris Doctorate.
Sriraman Nagarajan leads the Life Sciences and Provider business units at emids. He brings more than 28 years of industry experience leading high-performing teams responsible for driving digital transformation in the life sciences industry. Previously, he was the vice president at Cognizant, helping grow the life sciences business to the second largest in the industry. He led a significant portion of North American business that delivered solutions across technology, operations and digital business, including defining the strategy for medical devices business. Sriram’s entrepreneurial spirit was also recognized when he was named as one of top 100 inspiring leaders in the industry by PharmaVOICE in 2019.
Overseeing payer and digital solutions for emids, Dr. Praveen Soti is a physician thought leader and healthcare business and digital innovation executive with more than 18 years of healthtech experience across private and public sectors in North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Dr. Soti holds an MD and MBA and is an alum of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He served as a past board chair of the Microsoft Health Users Group. He has been a featured industry speaker at the World Congress, Harvard Patient Safety Colloquium and HIMSS-Microsoft HUG.
