Tim McMullen has more than 30 years experience building and leading high-performing teams around the globe for Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial enterprises, most recently as a member of the Global Healthcare Leadership Team for Texas-based NTT Data Services. McMullen was a founding member of the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME) Foundation and is a member of the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the Health Research and Development Institute, and the Scottsdale Institute.
Overseeing payer and digital solutions for emids, Dr. Praveen Soti is a physician thought leader and healthcare business and digital innovation executive with more than 18 years of healthtech experience across private and public sectors in North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Dr. Soti holds an MD and MBA and is an alum of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He served as a past board chair of the Microsoft Health Users Group. He has been a featured industry speaker at the World Congress, Harvard Patient Safety Colloquium and HIMSS-Microsoft HUG.
As Healthcare Technology Solutions (HTS) president at emids, Kumar Kolin focuses on strategic initiatives, growth and research and development. Kolin leads the Innovation Team by serving as executive leader of Cloud Engineering. With over 25 years of success managing and leading high-performance technology teams, he served as Technology Partner, Deputy CIO and Digital Innovation Leader at industry giant Deloitte. Kolin is also founder and CEO of cloudx, a company designed to create an integrated partnership of domain, design and engineering constructed to reboot how technology services are delivered.
As chief clinical officer for emids, Karen Knecht has more than 30 years of expertise in healthcare operations and healthcare IT. She has extensive experience helping providers implement strategies and clinical computing technologies to improve the quality and costs of care and respond to federal and national eMeasure initiatives. Karen has provided consulting for major medical centers nationwide as well as the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center and leading health organizations in the U.K. and Singapore. She previously held leadership positions at Encore Health Resources, IBM, Healthlink, Inc., and UTSW Medical Center.
Michael Hollis oversees emids’ marketing and sales operations. He is responsible for overall sales effectiveness, business development and client relationships, as well as for articulating the company’s service offerings to prospective clients and industries. Michael is an active member of Nashville’s professional and nonprofit community, serving on several advisory boards and as a committee member of the Nashville Technology Council and the Nashville Health Care Council's Leadership Health Care initiative.
Gaurav Agarwal oversees finance, legal and secretarial functions at emids. He is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, finance, investor relations, negotiation, financial analysis and related areas. Gaurav works closely with other executives to build long-term and short-term strategies and help implement them, while also adopting the best standards of financial and operational disciplines. He is a chartered accountant in India and a certified public accountant in the U.S.
As vice president of human resources for the U.S. division of emids, Christine ‘Chris’ Hutchison has more than 15 years experience working in healthcare IT and expertise in consultant management, staffing and quality assurance. She previously served as managing director of consulting services for Encore Health Resources, where she oversaw human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to that, Chris recruited talent for Healthlink, helping grow the firm to more than 500 employees in two years.
Sumit Gandhi brings extensive expertise in establishing and driving global delivery operations across different business verticals to his role in managing one of two global delivery units at emids. Previously, Sumit, who has both an MBA and a Six Sigma black belt, held executive leadership positions at iGATE and Genpact.
Arnab Chatterjee has a long history of success establishing and scaling offshore centers for international corporations. He now oversees global delivery operations and delivery assurance for emids. He is also responsible for human resources, talent acquisition, IT infrastructure, facilities and logistics. His past corporate experience includes positions with Wipro Technologies and Microsoft.
Christy Green brings more than 20 years of expertise in corporate and healthcare law to her role as general counsel for emids. Prior to joining emids, Green provided in-house legal counsel to LifePoint Health, along with several other Nashville-based healthcare companies. She also led her own corporate law practice that worked with the legal departments of large firms like Tractor Supply Company as well as smaller businesses. Green holds a law degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
