Prasad Chintamaneni

Chief Executive Officer

Prasad Chintamaneni serves as the CEO of Emids and is a Managing Director with New Mountain Capital. He joined New Mountain Capital in 2019 and leads the firm’s investment efforts in digital transformation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Emids, Bounteous x Accolite and Personify Health.

Before joining New Mountain Capital, Prasad spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at Cognizant. He was the President of Global Industries and Consulting, where he led the company’s vertical commercial organization, overseeing all industry verticals and the global consulting business.

Prior to joining Cognizant, Prasad spent seven years in investment banking, and worked at Merrill Lynch and its affiliates as an Investment Banker and member of Merrill’s Business Strategy Committee in India.

Prasad holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI – the Xavier School of Management in India.
