Board Member
Elena McFann has over 30 years of experience in managed care and is an experienced board member and strategic advisor with a focus on healthcare operations, government programs, and value-based care. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Zing Health and Benevis.
She previously served as President of Elevance Health’s Medicare business and held senior leadership roles across Medicare, Medicaid, and network strategy at UnitedHealthcare, where she led large scale operations, improved financial performance, and drove growth and retention.
