Annemarie Brennan

As General Counsel for Emids, Annemarie Brennan brings twenty-five years of experience as a lawyer and strategic business partner for healthcare, medical device and biotech clients. Brennan’s thought leadership and experienced, business-focused guidance has supported her clients’ growth and makes her a true asset.
Prior to joining Emids, Brennan spent eight years as Associate General Counsel for Sivantos, Inc.; the former global audiology division of Siemens Healthcare that was divested to a private equity sponsor in 2015. Before moving in-house, she spent 12 years in private practice in Washington D.C. She earned her law degree from Vermont Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
