Sam currently serves as President of WestCX, where he leads the growth of AI-enabled patient and customer engagement solutions. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of UpHealth and held senior leadership roles at Optum and EXL Services, with a strong track record in growth strategy, operating model transformation, and large-scale integrations.
