As the Senior Vice President of the Health Tech Business Unit at Emids, Bastian spearheads strategic partnerships with healthcare technology clients, driving innovation to deliver value and foster long-term success.
Bastian’s expertise spans digital transformation, data and analytics, automation, and customer experience, enabling client organizations to navigate complex challenges and achieve better outcomes. He has collaborated extensively with clients to institutionalize high-performance engineering practices, enhancing their ability to innovate and scale effectively.
At Emids, Bastian has held multiple cross-functional roles, including Client Solutions Head, CTO Office Leader, and Business Unit Leader. In these capacities, he has fostered win-win relationships and helped scale partnerships into true success stories. Prior to Emids, Bastian held senior leadership positions at Dell, HP Enterprise, and Wipro, where he led high-performing teams and solution organizations, achieving significant revenue growth, operational excellence, and high client satisfaction.
