Nathan Frank

Nathan Frank is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Aetna, where he spearheads the technology strategy and delivery, serving over 25 million members. With a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, Nathan is dedicated to enhancing the member experience through cutting-edge technology solutions.
Before joining Aetna, Nathan served as Vice President of Cloud Services at CVS Health, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s multi-cloud strategy. His efforts were pivotal in driving business transformation through accelerated application modernization and cloud adoption.
Nathan joined CVS Health in 2013 and has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Caremark Technology Adjudication Services, where he managed the pharmacy claims platform. He also served as Vice President of Caremark Member Client Services, overseeing the technology that supports Customer Care, Mail Pharmacy, Clinical, and Client Services.
Prior to his tenure at CVS Health, Nathan was Vice President of Infrastructure Services at Aon and held several technology leadership roles at Hewitt Associates and Arthur Andersen. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
