Milind Shah

Head of Payer, ServiceNow

Milind is the Head of Payer at Servicenow, where he focuses on the intersection of Product, Strategy, Partnerships, as well as Go to Market to help drive vertical solutions for ServiceNow in the Payer domain.  Milind is dedicated to a focus on driving impact at scale in the healthcare industry with a focus on transforming Payer Operations at the core in areas such as Claims, Provider Data, Care Management, Broker/Agent enablement, Provider Enablement and several others and through that transforming our industry.

Prior to his role at ServiceNow, Milind has been in the Healthcare industry for over 25 years in roles such as the VP of Business Strategy & Customer Engagement at Elevance Health where he focused on areas such as AI Transformation, Diversified Investments and Digital Strategy for their Carelon business, and led teams to deliver products that focused on the intersection of Innovation/Transformation in Member, Provider, and Associate experiences. Prior to that Milind worked at organization such as Humana focusing on areas such as growth strategy and diversified investments to grow areas like their Provider and Pharmacy business.

Overall Milind is a seasoned senior executive and has had great success in building teams and leading the strategy and execution for delivering on innovative products that define and lead their market segment. Milind has delivered on new revenue opportunities to organizations while also helping with cost reduction in go to market models in an international environment. Milind has worked with cross-functional matrixed teams and also has had opportunities to strategize unique investment options such as JVs and other M&A type structures to accelerate value recognition of the products/services in addition to reducing cost. Milind is a recognized thought leader in the industry with a unique point of view around Strategy and Innovation to drive transformation.
