He has collaborated extensively with clients to institutionalize high-performance engineering practices, enhancing their ability to innovate and scale effectively.

At Emids, Bastian has held multiple cross-functional roles, including Client Solutions Head, CTO Office Leader, and Business Unit Leader. In these capacities, he has fostered win-win relationships and helped scale partnerships into true success stories. Prior to Emids, Bastian held senior leadership positions at Dell, HP Enterprise, and Wipro, where he led high-performing teams and solution organizations, achieving significant revenue growth, operational excellence, and high client satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Bastian has demonstrated a passion for solving client challenges by leveraging design-led, domain-driven engineering.
