emids Names Anisha Madan as Chief Financial Officer


NASHVILLE, Aug. 21, 2020 – emids, a leader in digital engineering and transformation solutions to the healthcare and life sciences industries, has announced the appointment of Anisha Madan to its executive team as chief financial officer.

With two decades of finance leadership experience, Anisha Madan joins emids to scale the company’s financial operations and bolster its digital, life sciences and global business strategy. Her appointment comes during a chapter of next-level growth for emids, including two previous strategic equity investments and most recently the acquisition of FlexTech, an information technology consulting company.

Madan specializes in guiding companies through periods of rapid expansion. She joins emids from Change Healthcare, where she was SVP of finance and led the company’s focus on sales and operations finance culminating in a successful IPO. In addition, serving as interim SVP sales operations leader she drove an enterprise-wide sales transformation, resulting in a culture change oriented toward a growth mindset.

Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Madan spent most of her career in key financial leadership roles with GE Healthcare and GE Transportation. Leading through periods of critical transformation, her experiences included managing strategic planning cycles and serving as a strategic finance partner to cross-functional teams. She also has experience implementing ERP financial systems and integrating acquisitions.

Madan earned her Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and has a BA in Economics and Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
