Megan is a seasoned health executive with 25 years of experience across all segments of the healthcare industry. Megan’s experience includes top executive positions at healthcare leaders including Fortune 5 McKesson and high growth technology leaders like Change Healthcare and Lyft. She has a track record of creating shareholder value and delivering results.
Megan is currently CEO of the Medical Review Institute of America (MRIOA), a leading tech-enabled utilization management company. Previously, she was an Operating Partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a leading private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare and technology industries. She focused on investments in healthcare information technology and digital health. Megan was also the President of Lyft Healthcare Inc for three years, driving double digit growth through innovative partnerships and transformational strategies. Prior to her time at Lyft, she served as Chief Strategy Officer and member of the executive leadership team at Change Healthcare, a $3B market leader in healthcare technology and services. She was the primary architect of the merger that created Change Healthcare, crafted during her tenure as senior vice president of corporate strategy and business development for McKesson Technology Solutions.
