Dr. Mona Siddiqui
SVP Home and Community Care, Highmark
Dr. Mona Siddiqui is the current Senior Vice President for Home and Community Services at Highmark Health. Her career highlights her passion for building high performing teams to solve critical business problems with velocity that result in business transformation and drive enterprise value. Her experience across the healthcare ecosystem, including health systems, payers, technology and the federal government, gives her a unique perspective in successfully leading transformation and change management in complex organizations.
Dr. Siddiqui’s current role at Highmark Health focuses on driving the shift from acute care settings to growing and scaling services into the home. She is responsible for operations across multiple assets, including home medical equipment, home infusion services and pharmacies, home health and hospice, in home chronic care management services, inpatient and outpatient palliative services, skilled nursing at home and all post-acute network management.
Dr. Siddiqui has spent the last two decades in healthcare, building and leading high-performing teams to lead operations and business transformation. She has served as the SVP of Clinical Operations at Humana, as the Chief Data Officer at the Department of Health and Human Services, and as the first healthcare hire for the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team. Across these roles, she has led the continuous improvements of products and services, overseeing product, analytics, IT, experience design, clinical and legal teams to operationalize, refine and scale new programs through building internal capabilities and establishing strategic partnerships.
Dr. Siddiqui has a medical degree from Johns Hopkins, a degree in Quantitative Methods from Harvard and in Management/Engineering from Stanford.
