Jagdeep leads our global delivery teams across regions, driving end-to-end delivery strategy and execution to ensure high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and scalable capabilities while championing the transformation of Emids into an AI-first organization.
With over 27 years of experience in the software industry, Jagdeep brings deep domain expertise across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer, and Manufacturing. He has held leadership roles at Perot Systems, HCL, Birlasoft, and Genpact, where he led a global delivery portfolio across multiple service lines including digital product engineering, cloud, data and AI, and SaaS.
Jagdeep holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and is based in India. Throughout his career, Jagdeep has been known for scaling high-performing teams, driving profitable growth, and fostering a culture of delivery excellence.
