Anisha Madan
Chief Financial Officer - Executive Sponsor, DE&I
As Chief Financial Officer, Anisha Madan leads all finance functions at Emids, in addition to M&A execution, integration and business operations such as IT, procurement and real estate. She partners with executives to build long-term and short-term strategies and drive execution, while adopting the best standards of financial and operational disciplines learned from her almost 20 years of experience.
Anisha spent most of her career with GE Healthcare and GE Transportation before focusing on sales and operations finance, in addition to leading sales transformation, pricing strategy and building high performing and engaged finance teams, at Change Healthcare. Anisha graduated from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with her MBA, and has a BA in Economics and Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
Additionally, Anisha is passionate about creating an inclusive work environment that is built on a robust diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. This includes spearheading company-wide initiatives that see differences as a strength.
