Nashville, May 01, 2007 - Nashville-based emids Technologies, a leading offshore and onshore outsourcing solutions company to Fortune 2000 companies, has named Michael Hollis vice president of sales and marketing. Hollis joins emids from LBMC Technologies LLC, where he led the Business Development and IT Consulting Services teams, as well as sales of application development services. emids Technologies also has named experienced consulting executive Srikant Chellappa vice president of client services. Chellappa joins emids after eight successful years with Big 5 firm Cap Gemini, formerly Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Hollis has 10 years' experience in the information technology industry in various sales, marketing and operational roles. In 2002, Hollis served as CEO of Fonex Media Inc. an Internet media company where he oversaw development of a multi-national, multi-industry client base. In college, he co-founded AquaMedia Inc. a digital media and application-development company, where he served as vice president of business development.
Chellappa, who has managed successful projects for Fortune 50 companies, has extensive consulting experience in the health-care, financing and insurance industries. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Chellappa has a strong background in process engineering and technology solutions development with an emphasis on customs systems development, outsourced application management and package implementation.

Academy .
Chellappa earned his master's degree in business administration from Memphis University and his bachelor's degree in engineering in India .
