Senior Oracle Developer
emids is partnered with a growing provider in the renal care space, in their search for a Senior Oracle Developer.
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Developer who will be responsible for database architecture, data modeling, design and development in Oracle technologies. The position is in the Cash Management Systems team. Expected to guide and mentor other database developers.
Job Description
- Application architecture and design
- Data modeling
- Development of Stored procedures, Triggers, PL/SQL programs
- Work on application development projects as well as enhancements and maintenance of existing applications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle Database design and development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in designing and developing high volume transaction based systems
- High skilled in Database design and modeling
- Highly skilled in SQL, PL/SQL development, Stored procedures and triggers. Experience using Bulk processing, ETL operations, REF cursors, collections, DBMS packages
- Highly skilled in performance tuning - analyzing query plans and query tuning, partitioning, optimizer hints
- Experience with SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, Data Pump, Exp/Imp, TKPROF, Oracle scheduler, Advanced Queues, Object management
- Proficient in PL/SQL Developer, Toad, Erwin, Version Control tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills

- XML, UNIX scripting experience
