Consumerism is at the core of the Weight Watchers business. To date they have more than half a century of experience in the consumer market, serving members directly via multiple platforms. Currently, Weight Watchers is working to improve its data collection and analysis to address critical Population Health Management (PHM) needs for payers and providers and provide as well as continuing to improve and expand services for consumers.
