The Nashville Business Journal recognized emids as one of the top 50 fastest-growing private companies in Middle Tennessee at a Sept. 16, 2016, awards ceremony presented by Bank of America Merrill Lynch at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville. emids ranked 16th on NBJ’s 2016 Fast 50 Awards list, which honored firms in the region with the highest revenue growth over the past three years.
CEO Saurabh Sinha attended the event, along with senior vice president of sales and marketing Michael Hollis and senior human resources manager Cherry Brown.
“In a society filled with ever-evolving technology and aggressive competition, emids practices continuous improvement in every aspect of our business,” Brown says. “Enabling this continuous advancement are our vastly talented people and their dedication to providing excellent customer service. We are passionate about improving business processes, understanding the current trends and learning about the latest technologies in the healthcare business.”
The innovative environment at emids and the opportunity it offers employees to be part of efforts that will advance the healthcare technology industry make it a magnet for tech talent, Brown says.
“We are structured in how we operate, but entrepreneurial in how we encourage our employees to innovate,” Brown says. “We have a diversity in recognizing the many ways of finding success that creates serendipity—and we have an instinctual knack for anticipating change that surfaces within the healthcare marketplace.”
