John "Jack" Snopkowski
John Jack Snopkowski served as a partner at Accenture for 25 years. While there, he held numerous client-facing roles including running the Health Plan Strategy practice. Jack comes to emids with significant health plan experience, having helped both large commercial and Blue Cross Blue Shield health plan organizations, including Anthem, Horizon, Highmark, BCBS Michigan, BCBS North Carolina, Humana and Aetna. Jack primarily focused on business strategy and business / IT transformation initiatives. He has also advised healthcare startups such as Acclaris, which was recently acquired by Towers Watson.
Jim Pavlik is a Partner with Baird Capital and focuses on venture capital investments in the technology and business services sectors. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of emids, Catalyze, Coalfire, Hireology, InsideTrack, Montage Talent and NowSecure. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2003, Jim held positions with Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm, and Salomon Smith Barney’s investment banking division. Jim received an A.B. from Duke University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mohan S. Kharbanda
A seasoned executive with a successful track record of managing businesses within Fortune 100 companies, Mohan Kharbanda has more than 35 years of experience in P&L management, marketing, business strategy, acquisitions and offshoring. He has been an operating partner and executive-in-residence with Baird Private Equity and senior advisor to Pritzker Private Equity, as well as CEO of Lineage Power Holdings prior to its acquisition by GE. Mohan also served as vice president of Apple under CEO Tim Cook, vice president of international business for Cummins and vice president of Dell’s Americas business unit. As vice president and managing director of Dell India, he oversaw one of the fastest expansions of any multinational corporation in India at the time, scaling operations to 6,400 employees in 26 months. Mohan has been a guest speaker at the Columbia Graduate School of Management and has advised the governments of Ghana, Bangladesh, Mexico and Nepal through WorldBank. He has served on the boards of Med Data and Utopia Inc., and is past chairman of the Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce.
Grant A. Jackson
Grant Jackson is the managing general partner of Council Capital, a Nashville-based healthcare private equity firm. Before joining the firm in 2008, Grant was a partner at The Aurora Funds in Durham, NC. Previously, he worked at Accenture, Compaq Computer Corporation and First Analysis Corporation. In addition to emids, Grant also serves on the boards of TMG and HCA’s flagship Centennial Medical Center. He was also part of the inaugural class of the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows, an association of industry leaders working together to identify healthcare’s biggest challenges and explore strategies to overcome them.
An IT and software industry veteran, Ramesh Emani co-founded Insta Health Solutions, which provides easy-to-use, sophisticated hospital management and electronic medical records management solutions to hospitals and clinics in India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. The company was sold to India-based Practo Technologies. Previously, Ramesh worked at Wipro Technologies as CTO and president of Telecom and Product Engineering Solutions. He also served on Wipro’s Corporate Executive Council.

Arnab Chatterjee has a long history of setting up and scaling offshore centers for international corporations, and now oversees global delivery operations and delivery assurance for emids. He is also responsible for human resources, talent acquisition, IT infrastructure, facilities and logistics. His past corporate experience includes positions with Wipro Technologies and Microsoft.
